History of JK Structure
The story of JK Structure began in France in 1984, when a French engineer and his son, after years of research and development, succeeded in designing a new building system based on 3D steel structures. The main goal of this technology was to create a faster, more economical and safer method of construction than traditional methods.
In a short time, this technology was able to attract the attention of major construction companies and French construction organizations and was used in landmark projects such as Euro Disneyland Paris, the La Défense towers and numerous projects of the French Railways (SNCF).
Despite its technical and commercial successes, the original company ceased operations due to the family structure and unfortunate events in the founder’s family. Years later, all assets, technologies, brand and intellectual property rights of this system were purchased by a new group led by Maxime Sadowsky, and JK Structure Ltd. was established with the aim of developing the technology globally.
Today, this complex continues its activities in various markets around the world, utilizing modern production lines in Belgium, continuous technological development, international patent registration, and cooperation with industrial partners.

How does JK Structure technology work?

The core of this technology is a 3D galvanized steel panel, which is cut from a durable steel sheet in a continuous process and formed into a 3D shape. This process is carried out without the use of welding or assembly of multiple parts, creating a single, lightweight and strong product.
After the panels are transported to the project site, they are connected to each other using beams and dedicated JK connectors to form the initial skeleton of the building. Then, galvanized steel mesh is installed on both sides of the panel and lightweight concrete containing expanded polystyrene (EPS) granules is injected into the system.
The result of this process is the formation of a monolithic composite structure that simultaneously plays the role of walls, roofs, floors and load-bearing elements of the building.
Main components of the JK Structure system
JK Structure 3D Panel
The panels in this system is :
- Made of high-strength galvanized steel
- Made from a single sheet of steel without welding
- Three-dimensional Expanded Steel structure
- Very high strength to weight
- Easy to transport
- Quick installation on site
JK Beams
JK Beams are a series of proprietary galvanized steel connectors and beams that connect panels together, creating a unified, self-supporting skeleton.
Lightweight concrete
The concrete used in this system is a combination of:
- Cement
- Sand
- Fibers
- Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) granules
Advantages of JK Structure System
- Speed of execution
Due to the readiness of the main components and the absence of the need for traditional formwork, the installation and execution of the structure is carried out very quickly.
- Reducing the weight of the structure
The use of lightweight concrete significantly reduces the dead weight of the building and improves the seismic performance of the structure. - Seismic resistance
The three-dimensional steel structure combined with lightweight concrete creates an integrated behavior against lateral forces and provides appropriate resistance to earthquakes. - Fire resistance
Walls and ceilings constructed with this system have significant fire resistance and, according to the tests conducted, provide high resistance time. - Thermal and acoustic insulation
The presence of lightweight concrete containing EPS reduces heat and sound transmission and reduces the building’s energy consumption. - Resistance to moisture and insects
The use of galvanized steel and concrete eliminates problems caused by decay, termites and other building pests. - Architectural Freedom
This system allows for the implementation of curved forms, arched walls, and special architectural designs.
